I founded Do More Fitness in 2022 after battling my own weight struggles for years. Diagnosed with PCOS in 2018, I was handed the generic advice to “just stop eating carbs.” WTF? That left me frustrated, confused, and stuck in a cycle of restriction that did more harm than good. The result? I gained 40lbs in a year. Maybe you can relate?

That experience lit a fire in me. I refused to let misinformation and extreme dieting be the norm, so I built Do More Fitness with one mission: to help women break free from the cycle of frustration and finally achieve lasting results.
