Since working with Dana, SO MUCH more muscle definition, lost 30lbs and my strength is the best it’s ever been. My stamina is higher, and I actually enjoy moving my body. I’ve only ever tried improving my health and fitness alone, and working with DMF taught me many things that I would have had to spend soooo much time investigating and learning through trial and error all alone. Dana brought me clarity and confidence in a safe and nonrestrictive environment.
Since starting with Dana, My shoulders are POPPING and I've never flexed so much in the mirror. Dana’s there to provide support when I haven’t felt 100%. In the past I was just taught by trainers to eat less and move more. With DMF I’m learning that I can eat more and still get to my goals. I was a little worried it would just be like everyone else where it’s just a basic program given to everyone but it’s the opposite! My plan is custom made for me and my goals for my body.
