  • HEAD COACH AND CEO

    Dana's love for fitness developed when she joined the yoga club in high school and then took every fitness class she could in college - from pilates, to rock climbing, hiking and kickboxing.

    After losing her mom to breast cancer, getting in a car accident in 2019, gaining 40 pounds in a year, she was inspired to take back her health and teach other women to do the same. She started off teaching friends what she had learned, until she knew she wanted to do this for REAL and spread my knowledge and passion globally. That is why she started Do More Fitness in 2022.

    She's studied through NASM, learned from coaches and mentors of my own through multiple continued education courses as self-guided continued education. She's helped more than 100 women take the leap to take their health back and hit their fitness goals.

  • She's been into fitness since 2014 - and after an amazing fat loss transformation of her own she decided to start taking it seriously and helping other women do the same in 2020, and she's been fitness coaching ever since.

    She takes extreme pride in her client transformations, and says that it "feels like winning the lottery" when a client of hers is able to hit their goals without giving up everything that's important to them.

    She's studied with ISSA, DLD OFNC, and GGS and has an incredible foundation of knowledge to help YOU lose fat, build muscle and get the body of your dreams.

  • Fitness and athletics have been a part of her life since she was eight years old. However, in a time where everyone around her was yo-yo dieting, she got to a point where she gained 70+ pounds and noticed that basic activities were difficult for her.

    Eventually, she started weight lifting on her own and fell in love - realizing that food was not the enemy. She built her dream body with no restrictions.

    She has a passion for helping women ditch the restrictive mindset and lose fat on THEIR terms.

With form videos, instructions, and a trackable program you will be set up for success. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time ever or you’ve been lifting for years, we can build the plan for you.

  • Whether you’re looking to track your macros, learn more about micronutrients or what foods you should be focusing on for your goals, we’ve got you covered. We help you figure out how much you should be eating on the daily to get you from point A to point B.

  • Got your nutrition or your workouts down, and need help somewhere else? We help you learn how to implement healthy habits into your every day life without it being overwhelming.

  • You get 5 day a week live support from your coach to help you get through even the toughest situations.
